  • prevent damage to the bones and joints

Bounce fitness is suitable for everyone - men and women of all ages and all abilities. In particular, bounce fitness (sometimes called rebounding) is great for those:

  • who are new to exercise 
  • with knee or hip problems who can't do other forms of exercise such as running
  • who don't enjoy traditional forms of exercise
